The frequency of opportunities varies greatly depending on the period. Many projects that are proposed to us are not eligible according to our criteria. We systematically refuse those with even moderate risk. We prefer to process fewer files to work in a calmer climate.
On average, we organize round tables every four months.

Beyond the remuneration of invested capital, however, it is important to understand that the underlying of the investment is always a real estate asset (house, apartments, offices, land …) that is inherently insensitive to market fluctuations and which the investment is guaranteed.

In order to ensure the rapid recovery of capital and to “lock in” the security of the investments made, COCO GROVE EQUITY requires its clients to put in place various legal devices and securities:

● minimum rate of reservation by the developer or developer to avoid the risk of slump
● pledge of securities held by the officer
● real security on the ground of the conventional mortgage type
● a temporary appropriation of the property

These guarantees are not all implemented, the choice depending on both the nature of the operation and its context. In this way, COCO GROVE EQUITY assures investors that investment security remains its highest priority.
