The basic principle is simple: after study and approval of your real estate project, COCO GROVE EQUITY will present you to several investors who will bring temporarily (6 to 24 months) the necessary capital to carry out the operation.
In return, they will receive a remuneration that can vary according to the level of risk and the duration of immobilization.

Since the beginning of its activity, several real estate projects have been financed in Florida (USA) where COCO GROVE EQUITY is located as well as in the Paris region (France).

OUR REMUNERATION

Two types of remuneration: the retainer fees and the success fees.

a) The retainer fees constitute a fixed amount intended to cover the basic costs incurred by COCO GROVE EQUITY in the fulfillment of its mission (mainly contract drafting costs). This amount, usually a few thousand euros, is due whatever the outcome of the fundraising.

b) Success fees, on the other hand, are due only in the event of success, that is to say, when the client entrepreneur has found from the investors who are presented to him the capital he needs. This amount then amounts on average to 5% of the amounts raised.

COCO GROVE EQUITY is generally paid only in case of success. That’s why we will do everything to satisfy our clients.
